Karen was referred by a friend. The first day we met her at her office we felt very comfortable from the start. Her upbeat personality was obvious as she drove us around for 5 1/2 hours. Being new to the area, this was a huge help, and it was obvious from the start that she knew so much about the Kennebunks. She was very helpful in every step of the process, including guiding us through purchase and sale agreements via email from the Caribbean. She is one of the main reasons we settled in Kennebunk and are so grateful to her. Karen is the best!
